Specific conditions for Coffee Break Menus

• Delivery and collection service: Only in Barcelona city.
• Both delivery and collection services have an additional cost depending on the delivery address and the order volume.

General terms and conditions:

· All cooked products are served either warm or at room temperature.
· All prices have IVA (VAT) included and may be subject to change.
· Prices do not include any other product or service than those expressly specified above.
· For drinks, disposable items (cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.), tableware, waiting staff, etc., please ask for information.
· To guarantee the service, it is recommended to place orders at least 1 week in advance.
· Orders are not officially confirmed until at least 50% of the total amount has been paid as a deposit. Payment can be made in cash or by card at our shop, by Bizum or by bank transfer, sending proof of payment to ferran@xarcuteriaferran.com.
· Capacity is very limited on December 23 and 24. Contact us to ask about availability.

Delivery service:
· Delivery costs will be added to all delivery orders.
· For services outside the city of Barcelona, please ask about the minimum order and conditions.
· Delivery times: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 8:30pm, Saturdays from 10:30am to 8:30pm. Deliveries outside these times will incur a surcharge.
· For Sundays and public holidays, please ask about the minimum order and conditions.

Cancellation conditions:
(1) If the cancellation is made no later than 72h before delivery:
· If payment was made by card (in part or in full), the amount paid will be held as a credit for a future order placed within 4 months of the cancellation date.
· If payment was made in cash, by Bizum or by bank transfer, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
(2) If the cancellation is made between 72h and 48h before delivery:
· If payment has been made in full:
– For payments made by card, 50% of the amount paid will be held as a credit for a future order placed within 4 months of the cancellation date.
– For payments made in cash, by Bizum or by bank transfer, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
· If a 50% deposit has been paid, the amount paid will be neither held as a credit for you nor refunded.
(3) If the cancellation is made less than 48h before delivery:
· Regardless of the payment method used, the amount paid will be neither held as a credit for you nor refunded.

These cancellation conditions apply to all orders unless our personalized offer for your event stipulates different conditions. In that case, the conditions of our personalized offer for your event will prevail.
