General Terms & Conditions – Festive Season
- Prices include VAT.
- All prices are subject to possible changes in market prices.
- To guarantee the service, we recommend placing orders at least 15 days in advance.
- 100% of the order amount must be paid when booking.
- Orders can be cancelled up to one week before pickup and the full amount paid will be refunded. After this date, no changes or cancellations to orders already placed will be accepted.
- Pickups: holiday dishes and menus are made to order and only for these dates:
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: pickup on Wednesday, December 23 from 9am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm at the delicatessen, or on Thursday, December 24 from 10am to 7pm at the tasting room. Orders by Thursday, December 17 or until spots run out.
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: pickup on Wednesday, December 30 from 9am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm at the delicatessen, or on Thursday, December 31 from 10am to 7pm at the tasting room. Orders by Thursday, December 24 or until spots run out.
- Three Kings’ Day: pickup on Monday, January 4 or Tuesday, January 5, from 9am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm, at the delicatessen. Orders by Wednesday, December 30 or until spots run out.
- Spots for each day are limited and are reserved in the order received. Order as soon as you can so you don’t miss out!
- No home deliveries on these days. All orders must be picked up.
- Missed the date? Call us at 93 318 75 33, message us on WhatsApp at 637 71 61 95 or come to the shop: we can’t guarantee it, but we’ll do everything we can to fill your order.
- We are closed on the public holidays of December 25 and 26 and January 1 and 6.
